Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists to address personal and business needs.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and leverage TurboTax resources to deliver end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into advisory services (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.) with training by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours/week, during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business income.
• Drive local growth by attracting new clients and building long-term relationships.
• Connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end client support.
