Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert program in a new on-site location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, working with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local business, build relationships, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs, using TurboTax tools and marketing support to expand your community presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite presence 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and drive client loyalty.
