Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve clients on-site at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect customers with Intuit’s ecosystem of services for year-round support. Must reside in the United States and be onsite most hours.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience with personal and business tax scenarios preferred.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
