Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking accurate and client-focused TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s broader services.

You will build a local client base through events, outreach, and partnerships while providing ongoing year-round support. The role emphasizes personalized service, community engagement, and a growth mindset within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Serve as a primary local growth driver, building a client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to Intuit's ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Grow customer relationships by understanding clients' complete financial picture and sharing tailored tax strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools, guiding clients through tax processes and planning.
