Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering year-round tax expertise and advisory services to individuals and small businesses. You will coordinate with a broader team, build a local client base, and help clients navigate the full Intuit ecosystem for comprehensive financial support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor and empathy.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit’s video tools to address questions.
