Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for local clients. The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, client relationships, and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will work with a team of tax and advisory professionals to address complex scenarios and grow your local practice. Ideal candidates have active PTINs, 3+ years of paid tax prep experience, and a willingness to upgrade skills in

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite 20 hours per week, 8am–5pm local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience by understanding the client’s financial picture.
