The role emphasizes a hands-on approach, on-site presence, and community engagement. Ideal candidates have active PTINs, 3+ years of 1040 experience, and comfort growing a local client base.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain trust.
• Collaborate with marketing and specialists to support clients year-round.
