Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

This role emphasizes community engagement, local growth, and a high-level customer experience. Candidates should have active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, and 3+ years of paid tax prep experience using professional software.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN and ability to file taxes required by law.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to offer holistic services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Maintain compliance through required training and badge/uniform requirements.
