Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full‑service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at local TurboTax locations.

You will combine tax knowledge with community outreach to build a thriving local client base and provide end‑to‑end support across Intuit services. You will work on‑site, serving in‑person and virtual clients, while collaborating with a team of tax professionals and specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of federal/state individual 1040 filings using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end‑to‑end services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve client tax questions.
