Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and client advisory services.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support. You will engage with local clients, build relationships, and expand TurboTax’s presence through community events and marketing initiatives, both in person and via virtual channels.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve complex tax questions.
