Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax professionals across Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences onsite and virtually.
