Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at Turbotax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise on complex scenarios, and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services while building a local client base.

You’ll act as a trusted guide through year-round tax planning, provide clear language explanations, and deliver best-in-class service in collaboration with a team of tax professionals.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; training and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business taxes and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and help customers achieve financial goals through clear guidance.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure end-to-end client service and ongoing support.
