Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering comprehensive tax preparation and personalized guidance.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with a team of specialists, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while using Intuit tools.

This role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and a year-round focus on client success.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Training/compliance requirements and uniform policy apply.
• Interest in building local/community presence and online content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) as appropriate.
• Build long-term client trust through personalized service across meetings and communications.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, helpful tax guidance.
