Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and end-to-end preparation services at a local TurboTax location.

You will work onsite with a team, addressing a range of personal and business tax scenarios while building lasting client relationships and promoting Intuit’s ecosystem. You’ll act as a community ambassador, drive local growth, and leverage marketing tools to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week; ready for peak tax-season variation.
Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in brand advertising.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
Act as community ambassador, grow local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
Bridge client needs with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
