Intuit Careers is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a new TurboTax location. Onsite, you will deliver full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to offer end-to-end solutions. A strong customer focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns/season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding each client's financial picture and needs.
