Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice at a local TurboTax location. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, manage a growing local client base, and coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to offer payroll, bookkeeping, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
