Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a on-site location in the United States.

The role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and hands-on client service to deliver end-to-end tax solutions for personal and business scenarios. You will work with a collaborative team of financial professionals, build a local client base, provide hands-on tax preparation, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including

Qualificações

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required compliance and professional development training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist with in-person and video interactions.
