Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking Tax Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will be a trusted advisor, offering expert tax advice, preparing returns, and connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

You will work onsite, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and play a key role in building a local client base while delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) with tax preparation expertise.
• Valid PTIN to file taxes and stay compliant with tax laws.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s or related returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparations.
• Support complex tax scenarios including business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Partner with specialists for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and online.
