Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a network of specialists to serve both in-person and virtual clients. As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow your client base, engage with the community, and help customers navigate complex tax situations while benefiting from Intuit’s training,

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and 3+ years of paid experience preparing 1040 federal and state returns.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to connect clients with complementary services.
