Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

You’ll build local client relationships, run outreach events, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to grow your practice while delivering end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive tax and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
