Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, helping with complex returns, deductions, and planning while connecting customers to broader Intuit services. The role emphasizes building local relationships, community outreach, and a shared client financial picture.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with your name/photo.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow a new client base.
• Connect clients to complementary services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
