Job summary

Intuit is seeking Year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site and virtual tax services at a local TurboTax location. You will prepare tax returns, offer expert guidance, and coordinate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, and payroll to ensure complete client accounting support.

Role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and long-term relationships, with involvement in local events and marketing initiatives, all while providing a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney for tax preparation preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal/state individual returns prepared annually using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
