Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software usage, while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and planning to deliver end-to-end service.

You will act as a community ambassador, attract new clients, and nurture long-term relationships, using TurboTax marketing tools and resources to grow local business and client

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and development, including compliance and cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure a comprehensive financial review.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
