You will perform full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert tax advice, and support software use while collaborating with a broader team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist clients in person and via video tools, addressing tax-related questions.
