Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax prep and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team of tax professionals to help clients maximize refunds and plan for future tax years, serving both in-person and virtual customers.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local growth, and deep understanding of clients’ financial picture, with opportunities to upsell Intuit solutions.

Competenze

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paying 1040 returns filed per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• onsite at TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for ~20 hrs/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in branding.

Mansioni

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Drive local growth: outreach, referrals, and community events to build a client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
