Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and advisory work at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage customers in person and virtually, understanding their finances and connecting them with the right Intuit services to improve outcomes. As a community ambassador, you will build a local client base, run events, and leverage TurboTax resources to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with tax preparation experience.
• Practicing Attorney with strong tax knowledge is an asset.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience by coordinating with specialists.
• Ensure excellent customer service and clear communication in person and virtually.
