Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations nationwide. You’ll perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with a broader suite of Intuit services.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience and tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN as required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into other services with training provided.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
