Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of applications and equipment; troubleshoot on-site software and hardware issues on laptops, tablets, workstations, and peripherals.
• Resolve higher-level support to servers or network equipment; perform updates, repairs, upgrades, backups and maintenance tasks.
• Receive user calls and provide remote or on-site support.
• Troubleshoot system, office, hardware and business applications.
• Install and manage equipment in meeting rooms (projectors, laptops, videoconferences).
• Monitor calls, incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
