Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician to join our client’s on-site team in Solon, OH, delivering end-user support with a strong focus on Windows environments and exceptional customer service.

You will provide deskside and remote support, diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, coordinate with IT vendors during deployments, and assist with testing new IT implementations using AD, imaging, and Office 365.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5+ years of deskside PC support and customer service experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience assisting with IT system implementations.
Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, basic Mac support, imaging, Active Directory, ITSM/ticketing systems, and MS Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 deskside and remote support for Windows-based systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors during system implementations.
Assist with testing IT implementations, including network access, wireless connectivity, and telephony.
Coordinate and manage relationships between IT vendors and local client support teams.
