Synergis is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to support end users onsite at our client’s Austin office. The role focuses on high‑quality, white-glove customer service and rapid issue resolution across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

You will troubleshoot endpoints, manage deployments, and handle identity/access tasks within a fast-paced corporate environment while aligning with ITSM standards and security practices.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years of in-person Desktop/Device Support in a corporate setting.
• Experience supporting end-user desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platform.
• Exposure to Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint compliance/security preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate in IT (preferred).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, ITIL Foundation (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Provide in-person and remote technical support for end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, mobile devices, peripherals, and business apps.
• Support device deployment and lifecycle activities (provisioning, imaging, deployment, hardware replacement).
• Document and resolve issues in ServiceNow.
• Support endpoint management using Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Apple management workflows.
• Assist with security tasks such as BitLocker validation and Defender compliance.
• Assist identity/access tasks involving Entra ID, Active Directory, and MFA.
• Support Windows 11 upgrades, device refreshes, and office moves.
• Follow asset tracking, inventory, and data protection policies.
• Cross-train teammates and participate in continuous improvement.
