Job summary

Artivion, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to deliver advanced end-user IT support across US and LATAM. You will troubleshoot complex desktop, mobile, and network issues, and contribute to deployments, migrations, and security compliance.

You will be the primary contact for end users, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years IT support experience with complex tasks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and macOS systems, mobile devices, and enterprise apps.
• Solid networking knowledge (LAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• ITIL knowledge preferred (service management).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple incidents in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Intune and/or Jamf is advantageous.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical device/healthcare/pharma) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT end-user support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Provide advanced desktop, laptop, mobile device, and enterprise app support and resolve issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network problems (including VPN and collaboration tools).
• Assist in system configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Manage accounts in Active Directory, email systems, and access permissions.
• Support IT projects such as software rollouts, hardware upgrades, migrations, and more.
• Document solutions and best practices in the IT knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to complete projects.
