Job summary

Diasorin is seeking an End User Service Support Technician for a 10-month contract in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering hands-on end-user support for desktop, imaging, mobile devices, and lab equipment, with on-site work required.

You will handle tier-2 tickets, assist regional end-user projects, and manage inventory while coordinating with IT peers to ensure timely service delivery. 1+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: College Degree or equivalent; Technical/Scientific/CS background preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant IT end-user support experience.
• Specialization: Scientific/Technical/Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 support for all site related end-user services and projects.
• Support regional needs related to end-user services and projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets according to SLAs.
• Work onsite at the Diasorin office.
• Manage inventory and asset management per policies.
• Collaborate with IT peers to ensure successful delivery to customers.
