Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team. This full-time role focuses on leasing, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will generate leases, greet prospects, coordinate with maintenance, and support the leasing team. The position requires 1+ year in customer service or leasing, strong communication, and basic computer skills; Yardi/CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generates lease paperwork, trains staff, greets prospects, shows the community, maintains close to target closing ratios
• Resident relations: fosters community, maintains positive relationships, inspects property and coordinates with maintenance
• Marketing: manages ads on Craigslist/Weblisters and monitors local market trends
• Administrative: handles calls/emails, files reports, processes move-ins/move-outs, handles security deposits
• General: supports Leasing Manager and team with additional duties as assigned
