Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive leasing activity, greet prospects, show the property, and close leases while delivering high resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and administrative duties with collaboration on-site in Seattle. A minimum of 1 year in customer service or leasing is required; CRM experience (Yardi/OnSite) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• 1+ year of prior lease-up experience in property management preferred.
• Basic computer skills to learn software systems.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, MFTE, Section 8 preferred.
• NALP Certification or other NAAEI credential is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generates lease paperwork and maintains closing ratios.
• Resident Relations: fosters community and handles maintenance reporting.
• Marketing: manages ads and monitors local market conditions.
• Administrative: answers calls/emails, manages reports, files paperwork.
• General: performs duties as assigned by management.
