Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service.
• 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn software.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs preferred.
• Prior property management experience a plus.
• NALP or other NAAEI credential a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generate lease docs, focus on sales and closings, train the team.
• Resident relations: foster community and handle inquiries.
• Marketing: manage ads and monitor local market trends.
• Administrative: respond to calls/emails, keep reports updated.
• General: take on duties from Leasing Manager or Regional Manager.
