Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for an on-site property. This role requires effectively showing, leasing, and moving in prospective residents, while maintaining model units and handling leasing paperwork.

You will support marketing outreach, analyze market conditions, and assist in developing resident retention programs. Regular on-site attendance and excellent customer service are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour property and sign a lease.
• Close the sale: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing outreach and resident retention programs (e.g., functions, promotions, newsletter).
• Address resident concerns and enforce community policies.
