Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. The role requires onsite attendance, leasing tours, signings, and handling daily leasing tasks.

You will contribute to resident satisfaction and retention while supporting administrative duties and marketing efforts. Typical duties include showing units, processing applications, and coordinating with the team to maintain property appearance and meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• On-site software familiarity and basic computer skills.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Show, lease, tour, and move-in prospective residents; complete lease paperwork.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, requests, and service needs.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and events.
• Support marketing efforts and track prospect traffic and leasing data.
• Collaborate with team to ensure property upkeep and orderly common areas.
