Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a community. Regular onsite presence and effective lead handling are essential to maintain high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

You will show properties, process leases, and coordinate with teams on audits, data entry, and retention programs, while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and handling resident inquiries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leasing and marketing.
• Ability to follow on-site procedures and meet leasing goals.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork before move-in and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and support marketing initiatives.
