Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at one of its communities. You will regularly attend onsite operations, greet and qualify prospective residents, tour the property, and sign leases.

The role requires strong customer service and ability to handle leasing paperwork efficiently. Responsibilities include conducting tours, closing sales, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting marketing initiatives while ensuring resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and processes; assist with lease audits and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
