Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant in Seattle to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our properties. The role requires daily on-site presence and strong customer service skills to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

Responsibilities include completing all leasing paperwork, maintaining prospect traffic data, and supporting marketing efforts to exceed leasing goals. Prior leasing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour community, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with lease audits.
