Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required to effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents, greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases.

You will close sales, complete required paperwork, and maintain leasing data while supporting retention programs and market analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
• Close sales: appointments, leads, tours, and follow-ups
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Help develop resident retention programs
• Support general upkeep of office and model
• Assist in annual marketing plan outreach
• Review market surveys to generate ideas and plans
• Maintain product knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions
