Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. This role requires daily on-site attendance and active engagement with prospective residents from showing properties to signing leases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for a property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Complete leasing paperwork and conduct tours to close leases.
• Assist with resident retention programs and tenant communications.
