Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases while coordinating with maintenance for move-in readiness.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans, and track activity using property management software to optimize occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing multifamily communities.
• Knowledge of on-site property management software.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for unit readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and resolve issues.
