Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, collaborating with the Community Manager to hit occupancy targets. You will lead the leasing team, optimize leasing processes, and ensure resident satisfaction through effective retention programs.

The role requires strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, and on-site operations, plus the ability to train staff and enforce company policies. A focus on customer service and accurate reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing at multifamily properties.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to train and coach on-site staff and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and achieving occupancy goals.
• Lead leasing team and ensure effective closing, follow-up, and documentation.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to generate traffic.
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and provide support where needed.
• Supervise events, renewals, and resident relations to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage on-site operations, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
