Qualifications

• On-site software experience and basic computer skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 1 year in housing industry.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead the leasing team and achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plan and campaigns.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and accuracy.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and respond to concerns.
• Coach staff and enforce company directives.
