Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, collaborating with the Community Manager to set goals and drive occupancy. You will lead the leasing team, execute a strategic marketing plan, and ensure positive resident relations.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, lease administration, policy adherence, and coordinating events and retention programs to maximize traffic and retention. A diploma or higher and on-site software skills are required.

Formación

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leasing Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Ensure staff leasing techniques are effective in obtaining closure, follow-up procedures met, signing/documentation of leases, and reporting systems are accurate
• Audit all lease files to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests
• Develop and implement resident retention programs
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents
• Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and marketing budget
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress, focusing on areas needing additional support
• Supervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of all leasing and renewal events
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy
• Assist the Community Manager in training and developing on-site staff
• Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff
• Ensure staff compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Manage customer service and maintenance service request turnaround
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate timely repairs

Educación

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
