Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. You will collaborate with the Community Manager to set goals, lead the leasing team, and drive occupancy through strategic marketing and programs that improve resident relations.

Responsibilities include supervising leasing staff, developing marketing plans, maintaining lease processes, and ensuring policy compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and oversight of leasing staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required and leasing targets must be met.
• Audit lease files to ensure policy compliance and accurate documentation.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and marketing plans to achieve occupancy.
• Supervise leasing team, support staff, and ensure effective resident relations.
• Plan and manage marketing budget and outreach to generate traffic and lease activity.
