Job summary

Asset Living seeks a proactive Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, collaborating with the Community Manager to set goals and achieve occupancy targets. You will lead the leasing team, ensuring effective showings, closings, and resident satisfaction.

You will also contribute to developing the annual marketing plan and managing campaigns to drive traffic, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing best practices and resident relations.
• Ability to lead a leasing team and coordinate marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property and partner with Community Manager on goals.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets and timely lease signings.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and campaigns to drive traffic.
