Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations at the property. You will partner with the Community Manager to set goals, implement marketing plans, and lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy.

The role requires regular on-site presence, strong staff leadership, and adherence to company policies. Compensation includes bonuses and a total rewards package with benefits. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management.
• Regular onsite attendance is required.
• Lead leasing team and develop marketing plans to achieve occupancy budgets.
• Audit lease files for policy compliance and accurate reporting.
• Manage resident satisfaction and retention programs.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Assist in developing annual marketing plan and budget.
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and support areas needing help.

Education
