Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, working closely with the Community Manager to set goals and develop a strategic plan for achieving budgeted occupancy. You will lead the leasing team, manage resident relations, and ensure compliant operations.

The role requires on-site availability, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site software competency and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience or willingness to learn leasing operations and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leasing management to meet occupancy goals.
• Regular on-site attendance and leadership of the leasing team.
• Audit lease files for policy compliance.
• Address resident concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and budgets.
